Eastmark Kitchen Remodel
Remodels, cabinets and stone countertops planned for Eastmark homes.
Eastmark is a newer master-planned community in southeast Mesa, with homes built since the mid-2010s, parks and a central Great Park.
Eastmark kitchens are open and fairly new, but most were finished with builder-grade cabinets, standard islands and basic lighting. Upgrades here are about storage, a bigger island and finishes that feel less like a model home.
The City of Mesa requires a construction permit for interior structural, electrical, mechanical or plumbing changes, and it lists painting, new countertops and new flooring as work that doesn't need one. When your kitchen crosses that line, we file through the City's online permit system and book the inspections.
Longer islands with seating and storage.
Pantry towers where a broom closet was.
Pendants and under-cabinet lights added.
Not if it doesn't work for you. Many owners keep the layout and upgrade the island, storage and finishes.
Check your warranty terms before starting. We keep work within the kitchen and document what we change.
